In this article, we’ll be looking at every car condo and luxury automobile storage facility in Florida. 

The list is broken down by region. Within each region, the list is alphabetically ordered by city. 

  • Central Florida follows the I-4 corridor from Tampa\St. Petersburg through Orlando before ending up in Daytona Beach. This also includes the Sarasota area.
  • South Florida includes anything along I-75 south of Sarasota on the West Coast and along I-95 south of Melbourne on the East Coast. 
  • North Florida & the Panhandle follows I-10 from Jacksonville to Pensacola. 

A few Florida car condo facilities don’t fit neatly into these categories. 

For example, I’ve included The Villages and Sebring in the Central Florida category. For the most part, however, if you’re familiar with Florida’s geography, this will make sense.

Central Florida Car Condos

For the most part, Central Florida car condos will focus on anything along the I-4 corridor between Tampa, Orlando, and Daytona Beach. To keep things simple, I’ve also included storage facilities at Sebring, next to the racetrack.

Circuit Florida: Auburndale, FL

Circuit Florida car condos are a luxury automotive country club and community with a private 1.7-mile track. There are 75 townhomes in studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom configurations. All condos are approved as residential use.

  1. Location: Located at 150 Raceway Drive, Auburndale, FL, it is about 45 minutes from both downtown Orlando and Tampa along Interstate 43.
  2. Sizes & Price Range: There are six floor plans (Monaco, Monza, Sebring, Sonoma, Daytona, and Le Mans), ranging from 838 sq. ft. to 2,688 sq. ft.. The starting price for a garage condo begins at just under $500K.
  3. Features & Options: Except for the Monaco floor plan, all units are sold as fully-finished, except for the only non-residential floorplan, the Monaco. Most garage condos come with the following features:

The Motor Enclave: Tampa, FL

The Motor Enclave is a brand new 200-acre motorsports complex including private garages next to a 1.72 mile racetrack. Its designed for owners who want to be able to take their toys straight from the garage to the track.
